Effective curriculum delivery is underpinned by school foundation programs and explicit instruction in key learning areas of the National Curriculum.
Our staff implement a challenging and engaging curriculum which is supported by research based learning (explicit instruction). Our programs, curriculum extension and student leadership all work together to support our students to reach the highest standards of academic success and personal achievement.
We place a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy and have school foundation programs which assist us to ensure that students gain the skills needed to become great readers, writers and mathematicians.
Our English, maths, science, history, geography and technology subjects follow the Australian National Curriculum. Specialist teachers deliver programs in physical education, music and Languages other than English (LOTE) which is Japanese.
